I find that photography is the best form of meditation for me. Life is full of distractions. Work, people and the hustle; it all goes away when you're sitting on a beach, and thinking of composition. The quietness of nature, the focus in visualising the exact representation of the scene and the fulfilment of seeing the final image is what makes it all worthwhile.
