Dinagyang is one of the most anticipated annual festival in the Philippines. It is a religious and cultural festival in Iloilo City, Western Visayas Region, held annually on the fourth Sunday of January in honor of the Holy Child - Santo Niño. It is known for its energetic street dancing of local performers in colorful, detailed costumes and tribal headdresses along with rhythmic drumming.
