Dear friends, 3 things strongly influence my trip planning - Food, accommodation and culture. This is my 5th trip to HCMC in less than 12 months but I have yet to discover the local cuisine. The gamut of Vietnamese cuisine is just staggering and it is little wonder Ho Chi Minh City was voted 2024 top 4th food destination by TimeOut (UK).
