Dear friends, quite some years back, I discovered Hanoi's notorious traffic when I visited the city, and affectionately called it the "Hanoi Mayhem". And now, in Ho Chi Minh City, I rediscovered the same traffic characteristics. The constant honkings are still there, but it seems less loud. The streams of scooters are still there, only denser. I like to remember this as the "Saigon Tsunami". There is a method in her madness, and I think I'm beginning to know Saigon a little better. Cảm ơn, Saigon
