Butterfly Photos from Northern Thailand

For the last ten months, Pre-Covid-19, I traveled to numerous parks and a couple of butterfly farms in Northern Thailand. Coming from a big city urbanized environment, butterfly sightings were relatively uncommon. So I was very pleased to see the diverse varieties of butterflies in the wild at the parks and at the farms. Since I do not have a Macro lens, I used the RF 85mm 1.2 lens. Although not specialized for macro work, I was very pleased with the overall results. In addition, with the unpredictable movement of the butterflies, I felt very fortunate to get a couple of these shots.
