Head on with an Asian Water Monitor Lizard

Most photographers don't even bother shooting them as they are a common sight. But to capture one with head-on angle is not easy as most are always slithering away in presence of human beings. And with its fork tongue out at that split seconds, is a double bonus. I used Canon EOS 5DmkIV with EF100-400mm F4.5-5.6L IS Mk2 lens. Just two clicks and it turned and clamber away. Quite a beautiful creature really.
