Dear friends, this is my 1st experience with a "blizzard" while touring Japan. The weather report when we arrived at Otaru reads -1°C but the wind amplified it several times over. When I saw these couple of picture angles, I knew I just had to change to my telephoto lens (I had the wide angle lens on my camera) to get the angle. The howling wind made my fingers tip felt like dropping off while I waited and compose, for the solitary lady in the red jacket to walk into the right position. So glad I took the chance so you can feel the blizzard too.
