Fire Dragon at Chinese Temple (Ji Zheng Gong) in Singapore - My love of fire dragon!!! Fire dragon is a unique tradition of a Chinese temple ( Sar Kong Temple) where a dragon made with incense is used in dragon dance. It was first introduced by the temple in 1980s and has its origin that could be traced back even earlier. Performance by Fire dragon is very rare in Singapore. These photos are taken at Ji Zheng Gong temple who invited the fire dragon from Sar Kong Temple to perform. I love the excitement of shooting fire dragon. I will always try to make time to shoot fire dragon and this intangible cultural heritage of Singapore. The thrill and excitement of this event with fire and joss smoke is unbelievable. Every event is memorable. The ability to deliver great results in challenging lighting condition through its reliable autofocus and camera performance is why I love to shoot with Canon cameras especially for critical event with low light and actions
