Canon wins four awards at TIPA 2019

Canon is proud to receive four awards from the 2019 Technical Image Press Association (TIPA), including one for the EOS RP.  This also marks the 25th year of recognition from TIPA, a nod to Canon as a leader in the world of photography and impressive history of innovation – from its EF lenses to the new revolutionary EOS R System. Representing 30 industry magazines from 15 countries across five continents, the TIPA World Awards is one of the most prestigious photo and imaging awards in the world.

The Canon EOS RP, the latest addition to the new full-frame mirrorless EOS R family, proved to be a winner among the judges and fans alike. The Canon EF400mm f/2.8 IS III USM is the lightest telephoto lens to come from Canon to date. Lightweight and easy to handle, this hand-holdable and versatile lens comes with 5-stop Image Stabilization, full time manual focusing and focus lock/activate controls that will appeal greatly to photographers working in the field.
