Eyeful of Stars!

Having been a rock photographer for so long, the thrill of the hunt these days for me is being able to make that intimate connection with rock stars on or off the stage through my lens. The deliberate eye contact and playful poses are the intimate exchanges that I relish as a lensman. These are the reasons why I am a fan of rock concerts because it makes it all worthwhile when the rock stars look my way - just to acknowledge my camera with a playful wave as Pitbull did or when Slash struck a cool pose for me. Through my lens, I connect with Robert Plant's knowing smile flashing in my direction, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs hamming it up with a subservient bow complete with a cheeky grin or Steve Tyler's signature peacock strut.
