Even though drumbeats define the tempo of music, most would agree that amongst the band members, drummers often receive the least attention from photographers. Especially if the band has a flamboyant singer who prance all over the stage and a riff-shredding lead guitarist who hogs the limelight upfront. Hidden from the audience's view, focusing on drummers from a distance is challenging as they are always relegated to the back of the stage and buried under their percussion set.
