On 23 September 2017 (Saturday), the long awaited pop-rock band Do As Infinity finally held their one-man show “Do As Infinity 1st LIVE in Singapore” at the Capitol Theatre. A passionate crowd of 1,000 fans cheered in avid enthusiasm during the entire 2-hour long rock concert.

The crowd immersed themselves in the nostalgic tunes such as “Fukai Mori (深い森)” and “Yesterday & Today”. The members of Do As Infinity, Tomiko Van and Owatari Ryo, interacted with their fans and showcased their Singlish they learnt during their emcee section.
In conjunction with the concert, a Canon Photo Party was organised, providing limited number of participants with an exclusive opportunity to photograph the live performance for just one selected song. As photography during the concert is often prohibited, fans and aspiring photographers jumped at this rare opportunity. Applications poured in once word about the Canon Photo party was spreaded and the support was overwhelming. In all, over 47 shutterbugs seized this chance to participate in the Canon Photo Party.
The selected song for the Canon Photo Party was “Hi no Ataru Sakamichi (陽のあたる坂道)”.
Participants of the Canon Photo Party were subsequently invited to submit the photos they took during the event for a photo contest. The submissions were shown to Do As Infinity, and here are some of the best shots!
