Cells at Work! is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Akane Shimizu. It features the anthropomorphized cells of a human body, with the two main protagonists being a red blood cell, and a neutrophil she frequently encounters. Base on this manga, these cosplayers had asked for a photo shoot to create its story in real life. And indeed, we found a warehouse where we had this shoot done. And also a good success on this shoot.
