I live in Kolkata and recently I have been posted to Andaman. The Andaman Islands are an Indian archipelago in the Bay of Bengal. These roughly 300 islands are known for their palm-lined, white-sand beaches, mangroves and tropical rain forests. Andaman is a land of Landscape Photography. Wandoor, is one of the many beaches found in Andaman, is known for her idyllic charm & tranquillity. Time stops here. Wind kisses you gently. Deep blue sea embraces you. You hold your breath when you realize that you are ensnared by the enthralling beauty of nature. I have been searching for a natural silhouette since the day I started to understand what photography is but I never had the opportunity for the same. At last Here, in Wandoor, the almighty has listened to me and blessed me with this beautiful landscape. Bunch of Pine trees, a small hut, a man returning to his home, art of the clouds at the backdrop - all of them created the mood for the silhouette shot. Beholding the picture in front of my eyes, its serenity comforts me, reminds me that another frantic day is over, it's time to be with family, it's time to surrender my soul to the cosmos,it's time to fall asleep in mother's lap...
