During January 2019, I had the opportunity to do a night shoot at the famous Doi Suthep Temple located in Chiang Mai, Thailand. This sacred temple was built in 14th century and has a long colorful history; with an interesting legend of a white elephant that helped found it. There were also many beautiful statues, murals and other artwork on the temple grounds that showcased and honored the Buddhist religion. For the shooting, it was a clear night and I took the photos using my Eos R camera with the EF 70-200mm 2.8 II IS lens. I shot without a flash and used the existing temple lights; and set the ISO to Auto to help cope with the varying low light conditions as we explored the temple. Please find a few photos that I took of the temple, statues and folks that accompanied me during the night tour.
